Title: ford transmission ?

did ford make a transmission that had overdrive that would work on the older trucks with no computers.I have a c6 now but would like a trany with overdrive. i have a 1979 302 in my truck..

convert it to manual you'll be happier.. lol

convert it to manual,  would be the way to go. put a 4 speed with over drive in it.


or  run a differnt  t case..   

i have a 5 speed trany here  $75. and  come get it. 989-666-4808
