Title: 2000 chevy miss fire help

ok got a  2000 chevy 4.3 v-6 ran great shut it of and went to leave and run like p00 saya miss fire celinder 5 put new plugs wires cap roter, wire and plug has spark any ideals

A 2000 chevy 2wd 1/2 ton short box 4.3 v-6

Might be a fuel issue. Possibly have an injector sticking or going bad.

ok i just put a new fuil pump on it 3 days befor

Pull the air intake air cleaner off and see if you can see puddles of gas down in the intake..let it sit and Idle for a minute before you look

Seen it happen with a bad distributor. The gear gets a lil worn out and starrs acting funny. More common on the v8 but have done quite a few on the ole 4.3..
