I guess it depends on "what" part your looking for.

Up around the midland area, I wouldnt waste my fkin time at junk yards, they typically want outragous prices for shitt you can buy elswhere cheaper.

I get better deals on ebay, and craigslist than I ever have at a junkyard!!!!!!

There's only one pick it yourself yard around here that's got good prices other than that all the many many jy around my area none of them let u go into their yard and make u pay a lot of money just for them to wrench it out for u. It makes me mad that I can't see the donor vehicle I'm gettin my parts from so I can see if I want something else off of it

Alot of the ones around me in Missouri will let you go with their tech into the yard to see the vehicle, but they pull everything. And yah, it makes it cost more. Found one way out of the way in the back woods that just waves you by and lets you go wander the yard and get what you need. I tend to make most of my trips to that one. a=f

swain's junk yard in belair MI. (lake of the woods road.)  its by far the best ive ever been to. its 4th gen family owned. dont go there if you dont want to spend all day there. ITS F ING HUGE. great prices too, bring beer and get whatever, one of the brothers stoped drinking, so maybe bring a case of moutian dew.
