If anyone put a referral in at flint engine south, I just found out thru my connections, they are hiring the temps in june/july....... Got my fingers crossed.... good luck everyone :)

to late now sorry, this is just a heads up for the referrals, basically if you had a family member there or knew someone, then you could get a referral and then a app.
I didnt know where to put it up at but it got moved to help wanted???
the app process is over it comes around I think 2x a year tho :)

From what I hear 12 to 16 an hr as temp at this plat then up to 24 a hr as fulltime

they are starting at 16 an hour. have 2 refferals in at truck and bus just waiting on my call
waiting here too. If they call me I'll be torn between jobs again though! Kinda like it where I am but its a temp job also ==doh

yea basically, or have alot of experince and schooling and by that time you would be at the age of retiring lol but ya never know, get to know a guy that works there real good and get him to give you a referall??
Gm employees are so overpayed...don't get me wrong 16 an hr is about right but nobody should get paid over 25 an hr to do a job a 3 year old could do

and over paid lmao.... my dad has worked for GM for the past 20 years and I have seen the toll it takes on him if anything he is way underpaid as with all the employees.... and if it is a job that a 3 year old could do, then Thats one hell of a 3 year old to put that reliable of a vehicle together
