i just try and keep a lil gas in the car some food in the fridge and teh lights on, defenately didn't vote for the moron in office now, his ideas and policies are gonna make things a lot worse real fast, and i shudder to think what might happen if "it" gets re-elected.... not sure if you can call our current president a him.. that would insinuate intelligence.....
I dont were his rumor came from but its BS.
Snap On is still made here in the U.S.A. and will be. Some of Craftsman's tools are made in China. I know the lower grade stuff is. The Pro-grade is made here still but for how long.
yea snap ons facility is in wisconson there still snap on.. Craftsman and Matco are the ones that are together. along with makita, power probe, and stanley
Stanley actually owns the majority of the tool companys. They own MAC tools, Its a different division of course but they still own it. As far as Snap-on they are still independent and MAD IN THE USA, with the exception of some of thier electronics (exmp. multimeter) are outsourced.
Snap-On hand tools are made in the US, but they do purchase electrical, electronic, and a bunch of their specialty tools and other items from both American and foreign vendors. Snap-On hand tools are guaranteed forever period.
