not in a 9 inch but we've done 10 bolts, 12 bolts, and 14 bolts.. just pull the side gears and fill in 2 teeth on each side on both gears

Im sure someone has

my opinon would be to just buy a spool, you can get them for like $20 for a 9in, wish they was that cheap for other axles

Just as easy to weld... i welded my 8.8 with 110 welder works just fine

Unless you have a 9" with an open carrier you cant really.....  Gunna have to buy a spool or some sort of mini locker.  Full spool is the way to go, 9" are so easy to set up its not even funny!!

ive welded  many of 9 in . all you have to do is  take it in half. take the  spider out  and  weld the  axle gear  on the  2 sides.   if you  take the  ring gear off there  3  plilps headed  screw holding it togther.  split it  like you  do a  14  bolt.

fast78ford   if  you  want it  welded  bring it to me. ill let you  weld it. ill show you  how to split it.   send me a pm ill give you me  #
