Post by: dirty1ton on April 16, 2012, 03:43:57 PM
have all new bearings gears lockouts ,lockwashers, ect. the only thing not changed out is new balljoint kit in kingpin. When i turn either way ,it makes a hard clicking sound, only when turning not driving forward or back.Could that be my sound?  ???

The spring in the king pin might be broke ? Take the steering arm off & you can see it. Or the bearing in the bottom could be broken up ? Will have to tare that side down to check that. Good luck !!    ==np
