Ok so i got an engine givin to me that was torn apart. I got looking at the pistons and on the bottom of all of them they are stamped 030. Does this mean they are 30 over pistons? I know this may sound stupid to some but i just wanted to ask
Yes, usually its on the top
Alright cool, thats what i kinda figured but i just wanted to make sure before i start ordering parts
i would measure them. no piston is stamped on the bottom. its on the top.
Yea u definately should measure b 4 u order parts
And I have seen the numbers stamped on bottom of piston on the pin boss so they do stamp not just on top, its just most common to be on top :)
What do u guys think?
