wow!!    thats crazy!!!  I personally know what a strap snapping can do, never seen one to the head, and not much cared to,  I was a bog where a 6'' strap broke, slung back and broke both my buddies legs and tossed both me and him a good 20' the strap hit my legs too but just left some nasty welts and brusies, thank God it wasn't worse tho.

Safety should be a major concern to everyone, and so many people take it for granted.
I have recently watched vids of our members from just this last season of muddin that should of been stopped but weren't!
I feel that the safety issue needs more attention.
The trucks get more powerful every year, and with more power comes less control of what might happen.
There are a lot of people ( who do not participate in our hobby/sport that we love ) that do not li,e what we do and think that is destructive and dangerous.

That's why I was a part of creating and a moderator of this section..
I recommend that everyone view this section fully.. There are MANY aspects covered.. Do's and don'ts... As well as vids of shouldnts..  I belong to another 4x4 club that lost a member to a tragic accident such as this and am sorely disappointed when people exhibit poor choices, and others stand there and watch!

Very unsafe, remember if you watch someone doing something unsafe and dont attempt to stop it, you are condoning it.  I learned from some good people in this club, and we should all do everything to make sure we go back home in the same condition we left home in.

I have said and pointed out stuff to the staff that run the bogs about the things that are unsafe, and they don't seem to care.
Just as example, and not to put anyone out there on the spot but at bently lake bog, punisher was run all out, front tires up off the ground and had passengers in the back with out a top or a cage.
Now a while back everyone jumped all over Trent when he posted a video of him doing the same thing with people in the back of his truck.
There is only so much a person attending the event can say or do, its up to the property owners to enforce the safety in my opinion.

I can't believe they just rolled them over, and one person even trips over the body, they coulda at least threw a blanket or shirt over them instead of rolling the bodys over
