Title: offroad unlimited
Post by: Kyle on August 18, 2012, 11:21:01 AM
I was wondering if anybody else has had the same problem is me. I ordered a crossover knuckle top for my d60 with the studs and cones on the first of august. I got the confirmation email sayin the purchase went thru. And now after 3 weeks i have to parts, no email sayin the parts goteven sent out, status just still says order received online. Ive tried calling and nobody has answered, i sent out an email last tuesday and havent gotten any response. Im startin to get reall pissed off cuz i need it so i can finish rebuilding the 60 to get it in. And its not like they were some 20 dollar order i could just blow off and buy somethin different. I wasted 200 bucks on em.... anybody else had issues with them before?

Cancel your order through your credit card company and go somewhere else.

Places have these in stock ready to go.... why wait?

Why do people waste the time to open a business, if they aren't going to run it correctly and efficiently?

Where is offroad unlimited located?

We have a shop out here in Fenton, mi called Unlimited Offroad...if its the same place, I dealt with wrong parts or my 2008 Jeep JK. Not only wrong parts, they sold me half of the needed parts to complete the fix. The owner / manager of the store directly blamed a "new employee"  in person in front of said employee...not a classy move. Never got all my parts because they were supposed to call when the parts came in...that was last fall. Hate businesses that treat consumers this way. I spent $400 for a partial fix. Sorry for the rant, just hope no one else has to deal with that kind of crap  from them.

Did you ever get this problem resolved? Offroadunlimited is a joke. I go thru wfo concept's for most of my stuff or offroad design and have never had an issue.

yea i got the part finally. after calling them almost every day... i woulda went thru those other places but i liked their design of the d60 crossover knuckle the most is why i dealt with all of the bs or i woulda had em cancel the order
