Title: how much horsepower
Post by: Bryank on September 16, 2012, 01:42:54 AM
i was wondering how much horsepower you think you got and what ya got to make it? besides lots of cash of course lol. i just wanna hear what combinations people got to make their power and compare combos and its always fun to hear peoples thoughts. curious on my motors hp too,  assuming running perfect too of course lol. I got a 350 bored 060 over with eagle forged crank, eagle h beam rods, Srp forged flattops, lunati roller hydralic cam with a 565 lift 2,600rpm-6,400rpm, billet roller timing chain, sfi flywheel, 8,000rpm dampner, all balanced with arp main bolts and head bolts. for the top end i got dart aluminum pro series 1 heads with 72cc chambers 215 runners with 205 valves. the intake is a dart high rise with a 750 speed demon carb on top. the lifters and rockers are rollers too of course. I run a msd 6al box with a msd pro billet distributor and 1-5/8 headers open. fuel pump is electric 105 gph run with a regulator set at 7psi. The compression ratio is probably 10:1 i have ran it with regular gas and seemed ok but i always run premium in it. I was told by the machine shop it could have about 400-450hp?
