tune up . runs ruff . has that crab cap so im sure thats whats wrong

po put 3.73 gear in rear now sure if front is matching havent torn in to it

well clean the cap and rotor it starts and drive good now but need tuen up bad . after cleaning cap it tho misfire code .
after pulling it in the shop my buddy wash it

How much tread on the tires?
like 1/8 to 1/4 inch center side are better. the one front it bald in center do to alignment issues .

i was thinking about it but i dont have the time as of know to do it. so mu buddy is the one working on it for me . id like to sell it to get a bike for the summer
