he is in jail right now (clinton county) not know if he is getting out, she has to talk to the county prosecuting attorney today on him getting out.
I have no use for people like that, I have a 14 year old daughter. Bad thing is that things are only going to get worse and its all because parent are not allow to spank there children. They grow up thinking they can still do whatever with out repercussions. Thats why our jails and prisons are so full.

That truly sucks! Well here's anothee one--- my niece is now 14 and has gone through the same thing over last summer. It was an uncle of hers on the other fu***d up side of the family. I never even met the guy which is a good thing cause now If I ever meet him it'll be that much easier to beat the s**t out of him til I get tired and not have any remorse! well here is little more to the story. no she is not getting him out, yesterday filled ppo out, and fileing divorce papers. this all came out with in last 24hr. she has not been back to the house seen thurdays night. he has been do it for two years. sissy is what we call her. he also told her if she said anything he shot her in the head with bb gun, that is one more charge he has two. the mom to go back to house and get the bb gun for the cops that night. ( he did went any type of gun in his house so i don't know when the bb gun came in the household)
this is how the mom found out on the hole thing. jj is what thay all call him said or text to the mom sissy wants sexy under wear, so that night when she was helping her with homework she ask sissy about her saying some thing about her wanting sexy out fits and she said she did not want any (14 years old) thay went back doing school work and just out of no where sissy spilled the beans, thay (mom) stop ever thing ( had to think ) told all three kids to put coats on thay are leveing now, went the cops shop. he was at a meeting right then just got a job. ( has not had job for over 5 years, we the people payed for him stay home). thats just of the start of ever thing. so listen to your kids!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i have a daughter that will be 15 at the end of this month. i listen to her and talk to her. even the things i don't want to hear but its facts of live.

little up date he is going for 25 years to life, bond is going to be around $500,000.00. we are going to arainment tuesday. he will doing at lest 10years before prole. he is not saying any thing to his bothers and sisters.

well i had to go to the friend of the court to day i all ways go in front of the judge. i was thanking of not paying my back child sup, so i could go to the jail to meet up with him just 1 night then pay, sister in law talk me out of it. it would not do us any good.

well little up date. well got a letter on sat that he was going in front of judge monday at 9:00 am. so went to support her sat there for 4 hours, to find out that he waved his right again. not seeing the judge some what wast of time. but she need to see the prosecuting attornoy.

well he plead no contest witch means he did it (guilty) thay won't read the case. he is looking at 2 life sentence is what a letter she just got a week ago. we thank he did some thing to other person. child protection can't tell her any thing about it, thay have hint in away to her. thats why its 2 life. she talk to his brother the other day jj sent a letter wanting forwared to is son wanting to talk or see him, she is trying to get the letter so she can give it the prosecuting attorney so he gets put in room all by thim self for the rest of his stay in jail. jun 3 or 6 is other court day for the next step.
