I never used to have a problem sleeping, but now that I'm older and have back issues I can only sleep about 6 hours at a time.
==sm helps me snooze...
I only get 4-5 af home and maybe another hour and a half at work.
Depends on what I did the day I suppose. I've been working 12 hour days with an hour commute round trip get home cook some food take a shower n sack out for 6 hours to do it all over again lol
Never been a long sleeper. 4 - 6 hrs usually.. Since i started using my CPAP machine a few years ago, i feel alot more rested when i get up. I work 3rd shift too, so i get an occasional nap at night too. ++peace
Usually around 4. Cant sleep unless I know the wife is home safe,and she gets home around midnight everynight, So we dont get to bed until around 1am, then its back up at 5:15am.

When I'm working usually 5-6 during the week. But since the layoff I've been pretty good at getting 8-9 lol. Don't really feel much better. I think 7 is the magic number.

Around 5 to 7 hours but sometimes go a week here and there when I only get 3-4 lol
I usually get 4-6, any more than 8-9 on a weekend and my back starts hurting.
I get 8-9 hours of sleep.
Those who get 4-5 hours a sleep.....my condolences, it will eventually take a noticable toll on you.
