So i understand im just a young buck, but im still excited. Before thanks giving i was 165lbs then i put on close to 45 lbs i was wearing xl and xxl shirts. Well the last 7 weeks ive been watching what i eat and staying active, running, working out, ect. Well i woke up today and i was able to comfortably fit in my old medium shirts again. The sleeves feel tighter but the rest of the shirt fits great im down to 180lbs so i figure 20lbs gain in muscle mass. Now my goal for the summer is to chisle out some abs lol. ++peace

I've been on a steady decline lol. The last 3 months I went from 165 to 150. Not sure why ==dunno couple more months might vanish ==roll
