Poured 270 yds of concrete this week, going to birthday dinner with the family tonight, racing tomorrow....I love summer! When its this hot, the ladies don't wear much, so I can bear it ;)
sucks even more when u have a cast from the knee to my toes damn thing feels like I have bugs crawling around down there when the sweat is running down my leg.

changed 24 tires today, put on 6 sets of brakes, 3 oil changes and finished up what was left on rebuilding a trailer. LONG hot ass day. cant forget about having to listen to drivers cry and wine about no a/c in a few trucks....

how many people like u does it take to realize you wouldn't enjoy the life u do without truckers?
and i can tell ya from personal experience that it gets over a 100 real quick even with the windows down if the ac doesn't work.
Why do people not realize when people are joking? I was throwing bails of hay all week finished yesterday, handleing hay 3 times second being in a semi trailer "130 + degrees"
Heaved up chunky Gatorade today... I've had enough...I've gotta wear a tyvek suit and they arnt breathable! In a 110° shop!

and how many lazy truck drivers does it take to push the ac button????? almost all drivers are the same byTch and wine... come do my job for a week then come talk to me...... iv got 3-4 drivers that will help fix the truck and trailer when its broke. you know what they dont byTch and cry because they help if they want to run. ill let a driver sit if need be. how many drivers does it take to realize if it wasnt for us mechanics spining wrechs on days like these last few you guys wont have a job????
I Repair 1650 deg heat treat furnaces all night.. you know its hot when you walk by the garage door and the 95 deg air coming in feels cool! Its a great job in the winter, in the summer, not so much.. lol

spent the last 3 weeks 10hrs. a day building an ethanol plant 110 + degrees then went fishing every day after work got 3rd degree sunburn on shoulders should have stayed at work longer ==roll or at least used sun block!
i`ll still take summer over winter any day!!!!!!
