Well I had a couple things I wanted to do in the garage and I put it off long enough. So I went out there and only lasted 30 mins tops. Got too hot sick to my stomach and had to go back to the house. Leg/foot didn't bother me at all a little discomfort but nothing serious just the heat and sick to the stomach got to me bad. Sitting on the patio with my foot up trying to cool off and relax now. Guess my body isn't ready for the garage yet. Guess I'll stay in the house another week or so. Go to the Dr tomorrow morning to get a check up on it. Hope the take this cast off clean my leg and foot up and put another cast on it.
havin a cast on sucks a coat hanger was my best friend only way to scratch the itchies!
yeah I have to be careful doing that I have a 4-6 inch incision on the outside of my leg from the surgery. cant rip that open that would suck big time. most of the itches are towards the top so i can get to them with the handle of a fork or something like that so i know I wont cut myself or anything. Had another episode last night like I did out in the garage but this one wasnt from being too hot Idk what it was just felt really weird and lost had me a little scared. But I figure it was from all the driving and what not we did yesterday was out and doing things since 8 am and didnt sit down in the house till late. prob shouldnt do that again for awhile.
could also be meds if your on any.
yeah the meds im on do effect a few things so far. was out in the garage just now wasnt too bad had the wife out there with me just in case. thinking the heat and meds dont mix. I know I get tired fast but I figure that is from walking on the crutches.
just take it easy for awhile
have the wife do the work you can supervise ==roll
