400+ HP aint out of the realm of possibility hut a little more info on your bottom end would help. Flat top pistons, dished, dome? Stock bolts in the bottom end or is it studded? And what gears are you running that will make a diffence

come buy my 400 hp motor? lol  buy some big heads and a mild .500+ lift cam  run around 10 to 1 compression  and a 750cfm holley  should make good power.. for heads Id look at something like dart or another after market brands

Id shoot for at least a .500 lift cam and if your heads are 2,02 id have them ported

Yea your can is definitely holding you back....as betterbeaters said get heads ported, measure max valve spring compression so they don't bind, but I'd go with around a .500-.510 lift can, you'll notice the difference immediately :-)
