Whats some rigs that can be built on the cheap that you can go out and play all day and not have much money in it. Im building my first mud rig and i wanna keep it cheap. what are some? Jeep with a 350? Chevy truck with an ls swap and carb conversion? Or go big with a 3/4  or 1 tonner with a big block or something totally different

I understand that. Im looking for something to build cheap in a pinch to get me going. I can always upgrade parts down the road when more cash is avalible.

I had 700 total into this and some borrowed 35's.

The truck it self was a 87 with a 305 tbi, th400 with a 208 case. Paid 50 for some 4" lift springs for the front off Craigslist. Bought a 3" block from advanced auto parts. The I bolts with it were to short so I bent some all thread around the axle and made my own. Then borrowed a friends 35's

It was fun and cheap

And when I got it
