marshalls right good car. mid 70's around here hard to find , usually rusted to door handles if so. you have to get real lucky here or go out of state. good luck. keep us posted on your finds.

you can try craigslist, though you might have to get specific with your search.

ya buy  my impala   I don't care what ya doo with it lol     you probbally already know this but most of the derbys limit the years of the cars used  soo ya don't get a bunch of metric cars with one 73 impala brick that destroys everybody lol and usually the open or run what ya brung derbys are pretty hardcore  built cars  southern rust free   a rusty Michigan car don't stand a chance      I ran  a few before the promoters started changing too metric only cars  and  even then with a solid caprice wagon  that was barely legal it folded up like a beer can verse the 70s iron

around here the cutoff for derby cars is 1976, I think that is statewide and possibly region wide for licensed derby promotions though I have heard 1980 but 79 could be tossed in with 1980 as well.

I would say go for an early to mid 80's full size chrysler or cadi possibly a lincoln though you really can't go wrong with anything full size from that era.
