Before heading to school I was at Burger King today in Saginaw and while eating noticed an odd site. I saw a 1/2 ton 4 door quad cab short box chevy 4x4 in the era of the 94-98 dark green.
At first I thought it was 1 ton....................then I realized that somebody took a 1/2 ton ext cab long box frame..............took off the ext cab and long box.......................and installed a quad cab with a short box on it.
GM never made that in the 88-2000 CK body style.
But it made me wonder.............has anybody else seen this done before????
i m sure i ve seen that truck at a bog before

Then there must have been VERY FEW MADE in the mid 90's because its the 1st I've ever seen.
I've never seen one older than 96, but there used to be a couple around me and there's a 2500 crew short 4x4 just down the road from me too
