Title: Tires for 01 Ram
Post by: Air Force Fireman on December 03, 2013, 02:20:03 PM
I've got a 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 extended cab. When it was sitting next to an identical (same color and everything!) truck that was all stock, mine sat about 3 inches higher. Mine came with a 265/75 R16. So roughly, 31.6" tire. My question is, do you guys think a 35" will fit, or should I just go with a 33"? I'm looking to order tires soon. Thanks. Tire rack says stock will fit a 275, so roughly 32.2"    a=f

Go with 33, my buddy had a dodge with the torsion key lift and it ate front cv shafts, and that was just daily driving

They will clear a 285/75/16 easy all stock we just put a set on my buddys dodge. It looked like it would fit my 35" ground hawgs too. We didnt try them tho.

will not fit 35s stock. throw a 3" coil spacer in or a pair of diesel coils and you can clear 35s. take if from me 35s stock will wreck your truck and tires.
