Need someone to pull truck away from where it's at to the other side of garage also need tires dismounted mounted and balanced if anyone can help let me know located near mt morris

I have crappy tires and the rear driverside is flat and I just took the starter off I'm water. So I want it moved so I can put the new starter in and hopefully it will fire up. Then I need someone that can help me dismount my old tires, and mount an balance my new ones.

I got a strap but no money. Spent the rest on a new starter
