talk to mike he seems to have a good set up
This should be interesting I have the same question, im thinking of using a the same type of set up like you would see on a horizontal band saw for the coolant then just run a piece of flex hose to the top of the windshield and have a tee bar with holes in it to spray down the glass. Ive seen the tee bar type set up and it works pretty good. The ones ive seen the guys were using cpvc / pvc type plastic pipe for the spray down part and just flex hose up to it
But ive see it all from just regular stock washer setups to guys with huge water tanks in the bed of their trucks with hoses coming up over the cab
the skys the limit on it I guess
some are going to tsc and getting a 15 gallon sprayer with electric pump for like a quad or utv then hose with a few tees great water amount and pressure
This is what I did.
Yup garden sprayer works good, they come with the12v pump already to go !! Run the hose to the top of the windshield and use pvc with small holes drilled in it
20gal fuel cell lasts a full day at the bog! use a pump just like d60 kings out of an rv has adjustable flow rate right on the top of the pump. rubber line off pump to brake line across top of front windshield simply drill the holes where you want the spray to hit and your done! simple and cheap! moves LOTS of water at good pressure! id get you pics but shes under a foot of snow at the moment! ++peace ==wgm
i might have to find a little smaller fuel cell im running out of room in the back of the jeep i have about a 1 sq ft of space left back there
I used a tank from the buick my first engine came from mounted too the firewall had the factory pump in it already had too make a small t in the middle of the windshield too spray out of works fine till the mud dries on it then not so good
