Title: where can I find 2.75" wide lift leaf springs for my '86 Chevy
Post by: VividVisions on March 13, 2014, 10:11:15 PM
I installed a 6" lift on my heavy Chevy about 6 years ago, since then I have installed A big block, and the front springs are not holding up too well.  I remember when I installed the springs that they were skinnier than stock, and do they make a 6"HD leaf??  Or do they stop at 4"? I guess I could always run 2" blocks but I don't wanna run blocks in the front, but I would still have to make some custom spacers at my perches and hangers to make up the side slop.  Any info or pointers would be sweet.  Thanks

Flat black could probably get the springs you need.

Go to beatie spring in flint, have a add a leaf made, or they can rearch your current springs to regain lift

Pretty sure Chevy stock springs are 2.5 wide.
