Has water damage so we are stripping it down. What do you need and I can get it out and get a price for you. A few things that I know works is the microwave, 13500 a/c unit with heat, furnace, toilet, some of the lights, water pump, not sure on the water heater has no water in tank to test it. It had a tree fall on the front and the back was rotted out bad. This one has I-beam frame too.
