Motor Question

I have a question about a motor.  I pick up a 350 for free.  Pretty much just the block, crank and pistons.  It was stored in a plastic back for at least 11 years with the heads off the person told me.  The cylinders are rust a little bit no pitting or anything.  I can rub the rust off with my hand.  Problem is the pistion are set up from sitting.  Is there anything I can do to free them up or is this motor junk.  I am in no hurry and plan on boring it out and use for a spare.  Any suggestions on this would be appreicated.

Yeah, pour some ATF in all of the cylinders.... or break fluid, one of those should break it loose.
