Scrap Aluminum

Anyone scrap aluminum for cash?

I'm taking the old awnings off of my house, pretty sure they are aluminum. Is it worth my time and gas to scrap them (I live in Davison)?
Will they take them if they've been painted over a couple of times?

for sure, I had a lawn chair that got bent and was by the trash can by the house and someone asked if they could have it.

It would be worth your time for a few extra bucks. Lamrock Recycling on M15 just north of Otisville, like a quarter mile north of M57 on the west side of road.

lamrocks is the closest to you when i lived in davison thats were i took everything great people herbs boy andy works there well werth your time to scrap it out

there up and people are stealing copper piping out of vacant homes and there stripping the alum siding off houses cause prices are up some autos are worth more at the scrap yard then you can sell them for so stay in the army and make it your perm job and retire from it if you can

def. worth it, aluminum is up alot. worth gas to take two radiators in.
