ALSO THE T-CASE HAS A BALL-VALVE SWITCH        ON IT      LOOKS LIKE A PCV VAVLE BUT ELECTRIC
THEY MAKE A SLOW AND A FAST ACTUATOR   1 WILL KIND OF FORCE ITS WAY IN      THE OTHER YOU NEED TO MOVE A LITTLE TO ENGAGE  OR LINE UP
I PUT A TOGGLE SWITCH IN MINE         ALL IT IS IS A HOT AND GROUND WIRE
TAKE YOUR BATTERY CHARGER   AND TOUCH THE PLUG ENDS AND SEE IF IT COMES OUT

Do you know about POSI LOCK...............it is a cable actuated system that does away with the OEM factory 4x4 system.

It almost works like a straight axle with lockout hubs...............you install the cable to the front axle or actuator, engauge the cable (like you would locking hubs)........and you've got 4x4 when you need it.

Been told its alot more reliable than the vaccum system.
