do's and donts with a divorced t-case

switching my truck over to a divorced t-case, I was wondering if there are any do's and dont's I should be aware of??
91 k1500 with a dana 60 straight axle conversion, 14b ff rear, 5.38's 427 bbc th400 trans 39.5 boggers

Im doin the same to the Orange truck, Im gonna make my own cross member for it,and put a stabilizer bar front and rear to help hold it in place. I would like to be able to have the same length drive shafts front and rear so I can carry one spare. Also plan on dropping it down a lil, so My shaft angles are low as can be. Im also using 1410 joints(transfer case came with the big yokes).It'll be my first divorce,hopefully the last,lol.   I'll post pics as I go. its gonna be a winter project though.   ==rockbanana  chevvv

All i can imagine is make sure the Tcase mount is overbuilt...

had a divorced 205 in my last truck with just crossmember  and 4 bolts, i twisted the crossmember , needed more supports or braces
just my 2 cents ;D

456 gears, 203/205 doubler,400 turbo, 44 boggers,and 4 linked.
