2002 dodge ram, i need help

i have a 02 ram 4x4 was using this weekend to retrieve wood from the field and now she wont go into park i ended up taking the shifting cable off trans and tried to shift by hand and still wont go into park will go in every other gear though so if any one heard of or knows about this hapining please  help i up for any hints on it
i am not a tranny guy at all but dont have the funds to take it to the dealer right now eather so please help

If you figure it out let me know I've got a freind that's having the same problem with his ram. I now Gm trannys pretty good but not dodge. Good luck.
