Hard drive ?

CPU is what runs the computer, but it can only do so many things, the more it has to work the slower it will be, especially if you are going to be doing videos...

RAM is like a highway for your computer, the smaller the size (i.e 512mb) smaller the road, think of it like this, 512mb = 2 lane contry road, 1 gig = 2 lane highway with passing lane, 1.5 gig = 4 lane highway...

so the more RAM you have the less congestion you eill have, everything has to pass through the RAM, higher clock speed RAM will help as well, think of the RAMs clock speed like the speed limit for roads and highways, 400mHz = 40mph, 800mHz = 75mph, most motherboards can only handle one or two different clock speeds for RAM though...
