new suzuki bobber build ..another suzuki gs425 uni pod filters,rebuilt engine,custom pipes,stretched 3" lowerd 2.5",front fender to rear...cuttout diamond in the center here soon,painting it up to be like a " gettin lucky"bike..cards painted on the sides...ace of spades on top of the tank,im going to bead blast the engine to make it a good looking aluminum and then possible cermicoat it silver but not glossy....old school is all that i do and with bobbers its what you find and weld on or bolt on that makes a bike unique..non of that ordering new chrome parts for me...and working on selling my .308 to buy another suzuki gs550 for 200 bucks...the 550 will be a lowriding bike stretched 6"on softail with small airbag and compressor for ride highth adjust.. and the spark blocks on the bottom,,painted like a rusting chopper..ie rust......flamethrower exhaust possible,if i can pick up a coil that will do...header wrap all the way until turn out..peanut gas tank..drag bars,just strait 7/8 tube, big plans and to much time on my hands...pics can be found on my photobucket..http://s536.photobucket.com/albums/ff326/rebuilder2008/My%20choppers/

new pics added and ...i welded the rear up and just waiting to get my torch tanks filled ....i have a few little things need to be cut...then its off ta the paint room......it has the engine and pipes on but they will  be taken off...the engine was just rebuilt,and carbs rejetted and synced, and started back up on the 2nd kick and sits there and purs nicely...im just thinking about colors for the bike ..i think im going with flat black and tan or brown....http://s536.photobucket.com/albums/ff326/rebuilder2008/My%20choppers/

got it tore down and ready for media blasting now that i have everything mocked up and all the welding dun...paint is going to be hammered copper rims,engine fins,and 3" stripe down tank,rest is going to be hammered black.the headers are going to be wrapped.heres some pics of whats going on before i sand blast it..the pic of the engine is after it has been hot dipped bead blasted and rebuilt and assembled and has only 2hours of run time on the engine stand..the others are of it mocked up before i dissasembled it to blast the whole thing to bare metal.

got a new suzuki also..this time a little bigger than the 425 series..this one is a 4 cylinder gs 550..its mad fast and sounds way to quiet with those 4 into 2 hush pipes

here is the update i have the bike 90% done i am just assembling the bike now..
