butt hole chicken

really simple to do.  just take a roaster chicken and stuff its butt with the vegies that you like and, season the chicken to taste and wrap it up in tin foil and throw it out into a fire pit, turning it over about every 15mins or so for about an hour or untill done, depending on the heat of the fire.
