i like mine but hate it whenn i gotta back up in a hurry and cant cuz the damn rev lock  out screws me up every time. on the good side no more rev to drive without letting the tire stop first, so it good for the trans

i want to get one too but how hard are these to install?

Not to bad, a helping hand will make short work of it... the pain is bolting it down. A couple of holes to drill and run the cable. Put one loop in the cable, but not more than that or you will have a really hard time shifting.

ive had all the B&M shifters.....i have a Hurst Quarter stick now....by far superior than anything ive ran in the past IMO.

 I run with a B/M pro ratchet, I think it works very nice for me.

i run a  pro stick in my mud truck and love it

I run the megashifter, and love it!   My old bogger had one too.
