Lamborghini Explodes, Destroys Detroit Area Home

A Bloomfield Township man lost his vintage '74 Lamborghini and half of the house he had just sold when the car exploded in his garage.
It is undetermined why the car erupted into flames when the man attempted to start it on Friday night.
The man was able to save himself, his mother, and a dog as the blaze swept through the home.
All that's left of the car is a heap of metal.
The new owner, who had just closed on the home, rushed to the scene.
