Well bought new calipers today and installed them and while doing so lost a lot of fluid out of the lines, no biggie just bleed them when done right? Yeah right...I use to laugh at all the people trying to bleed there brakes on these friggin new abs vehicles and tried using my friends power bleeder but it got air up in the abs system somehow, probably because air travels up the lines and that was all she wrote.

Lucky we have a friend that works as a tech at our local GM dealer and he is only charging me $25 to bleed them, you do need to cycle the valves in the abs in order to bleed the abs...what a friggin mess.

He starts to bleed them and gets pressure and the new caliper is leaking right at the banjo joint because of imperfections that they did not machine when they was re-manufactured, so had to pull it off and take it back to Autozone but the dealer was closing, no extra charge for this and we got a free rental vehicle for the night.

Sometimes it is just cheaper and way easier for me to just take our vehicles there instead of working on them myself ==roll

Fixed  ;D

New rotors and pads on front.

New calipers, pads and rotors on back, and all new fluid.

Total cost $105.

Gotta love warranties, I bought the 3yr warranty rotors from Autozone 2 1/2yrs ago, thought I bout the 2yr rotors but I was wrong and they exchanged them for free with all new pads.

Will stop on a dime and give you 9 cents change back ==roll
