Hey all, back on line again.. been w/o power since Sunday..
how did everyone else fair the storms

We got hammer'd pretty hard.. they're sayin straight line winds, I'm sayin if it wasn't a tornado it was as close
as you can get without bein one.. downtown Oak Grove looked like a war zone Sunday night.
tree's on houses (whole trees!) others ripped from the ground by the roots..
power lines down everywhere..
took till midnight to get the road open, national guard was in town..
spent all day Monday on a chainsaw.

Fortunately.. no one was injured.
pretty well cleaned up now, still some issues on either end of town with trees in houses, neighbor lost his truck (tree fell on it)

They said there was a small tornado near perry, how close is this to you?

Mason was hit pretty hard too..I think 2000 ppl still don't have power and today is Weds. the storm hit on Saturday evening...Crazy stuff, that weather can do..

WOW. I am like 10 miles away from you and all I got here was heavy heavy rain and a few good Guts of wind.
I drove a mile North and South of me and there we trees down.  Glad you guy did not have one hit the house or a car.

Big willow tree went down in the back yard on neighbors side...it was pretty nasty here, but only for about 1/2 hour. Tornado sirens were going off, but never actually saw one.

half of the city of battle creek is leveled  trees down every where on  cars and houses ran a chain saw all day monday too
