have always been intmidated by efi .got turned on to a site called lt1 swap . did 6.0 vortec stand alone harness in about 4 hrs, mailing ecm to lt1 swap for reflash $75 shipping including this could change every thing I think about hipo engines  8)

Personally I would not run a carburetor on anything unless I had no choice for some odd reason.

i dont mind efi as long as its standalone. when ya start tyin a bunch of things to the same computer it starts to become a pain IMO. i guess thats why holley came out with the AVENGER EFI!

my 87 is efi, i thought about putting a 454 throttle body on it, i remember reading something disturban posted about it along time ago
