Not only are the ''pants on the ground'' SICK to look at, it almost always signifies  some type of culture relating to gangs, drugs and/or violence.

It makes me sick to my stomach when I see a hood rat walking around with his pants on the ground, while at the same time, has one hand holding his jewels.

I fully support law enforcement efforts to help curve this issue and wish they would put together a special task force to help enforce the law.

yanno i HATE seeing people wearing there pants down to there asses. its friggin rediculous. but i cant understand why they would waste tax payer money to push sumthing like that. thats as dumb as the ratigns for video games. they had to make that LAW inthe senate. for what? sumthing that parents need to friggin do in the first place.
