MORGZILLA!

I just made some YUMMY-LISCIOUS "Southern-Style" Fried Pork Cutlets that would make Paula Deen proud :D

Take thin cut boneless pork chops, and a meat mallet thingy, and beat the crap out of them... flip over, and repeat the meat beating!

Take eggs and buttermilk, and beat them together to make an eggwash, or just use eggs if you want... add a pinch of salt, and sprinkle of pepper...

Smash up a LOT of "buttery" crackers, nabisco, off-brand, doesn't matter..

Take your beaten pork chops, and dip them in the eggwash, then coat them in the crackers and throw them into a pan full of melted margerine or butter (some people use oil, but i like the buttery taste better)

Fry it to a golden crisp, and flip over... put on paper towel for a second to let the oilyness go down, then enjoy! :D

I made some yummy taters with it, will post the recipe for them in another thread :)
