350th

i have a 350th tranny that seem wont shift into 2nd gear... will rev in 1st...   tranny fluid seem ok and smell ok   not burnt....    vaccum?? or  will governor be the problem?

vaccume!!!! mine did that, wouldn't shif into 2nd untill really high, vac line was torn
