This was the first year I actually put up the outside lights.  Normally my mother in-law puts them up and I take them down.  She was slackin this year.  So now I'm going to wait til she comes up from Ohio to take them down!  As for the tree,  I just wait til the wife tells me to bring the totes up from the basement.  Even then it may be a week or so.
