ladders are always the easiest to do and will prolly do ya just fine. 4 links are more for the rock crawlers IMO

Im tryn to build it on a budget so it will be ready this spring, so i think i am leaning towards ladder bars but wanted some input from others :)

Thanks!

i did a four link on my truck and itsnot just for articulating . a four link done properly puts all kinds of traction to the ground

i guess the first question i should of asked is Are you building everything from scratch?  or are you goin to buy premade ladder bars. cause if your making everything yourself. then you might find out that they are about the same cost. if you use rod ends in all your ladder bar mounts.  With ladder bar you will also need a pan hard bar to stop latteral movement, and if you do a double triangulated four link you only need four bars.

BAD APPLE

I know your going for a budget but I would go 4 link. It will work better with weight transfer and ride. The ladder bars will acually lift the rear instead of settle it, ladder bars work well with leaf springs using shackles. And they are more For axle rap
no rest for the wicked

Thats what im really looking for anyways..i guess i will need to learn how to build it i guess

And if done incorrectly, it can be dangerous and take away traction (compared to stock).
