nvm i see you posted its a 427  lol crushed my hopes and dreams  lol   but is yours the tall deck?  The tall-deck blocks all had 4-bolt main caps, forged crankshafts, and the strongest of the 3/8 bolt connecting rods.  Still real good find tho if it is  

you might have got real lucky and got one of the first BBC they ran in nascar in late 60's and early 70's  that would be freakin awsome!!
