I'd say its a matter of preference...but it does suck when they play in the ares smaller tired vehicles use and all your left with is big old ruts. example-the mounds place is full of spots that will swallow the average vehicle.
it's all good I can appreciate both aspects of it

Some people might not like them playing where the (smaller)trucks play.. But they sure are happy when people like Don and Mudman offer them a strap!!  ==please pull me out!!

that a  2 way street.

ask herb and  mudman  who would  come pull them out.  and  i didnt have  tractor tires.

everyone should have a  little resepct  for each other.  that will go a  long  way.

It's kind of a weird question...I guess it all depends on your budget and what you like to do with your truck.  If you drive on the street, you don't really have much choice.  I'll bet that a lot of guys that trailer their rigs would have monster truck tires if they could afford them and had the room to store and haul them.  I guess it's all a matter of perspective.  The truck I'm driving now, I bought for my son to drive to and from school and to the mounds, so I'm looking for a driver that he can play pretty hard with.  When I build mine, I want it to be along the same lines, but BARELY streetable and more of a bogger.  Either way, we need DOT tires, so tractors are out.

I've rode in tractor tired trucks and they can be fun, it depends alot on driving style, gearing, engine power, and that type of stuff  as to which would  be the most fun on any paticular rig.  I've had people ride in my jeep with either my 35's or my 42's on that have there own tractor tired rigs that do good and when they rode in my jeep the were all smiles and they then understood the meaning or wheel speed . So I guess it's personal preferance.

Perfectly said!!  I plan on running 44 boggers sometimes, and other times running 50i inch tractors, gonna have the best of both  :)
Fat chicks welcome IT'S A 2 1/2 TON!!

tractors are not more money than boggers....new 44 boggers cost what 750 plus each....i can get 12.4x24 (44") new tractors for 280 each.....i run boggers....my choice...both are cool......each to their own...just have fun doing it.
