low oil pressure

i dont know what is normal, i just had the gauge in the truck which didnt have anything on it . it just said normal but when i drove it and came to a stop when i let the clutch out the needle would jump then it wouldnt move again, so we put in a gauge  and it just seems the pressure is low.so i dont know if it is any different

How many miles on it? Sounds like a bearing goin out if the pressure just recently dropped all of a sudden. Might wanna pull the pan and have a look at the bearings. Could be a bad lifter, but youre sayin it runs great.. Every motor is different, whats normal for one is not good for another..

well today i have been watching it close and drove it all over , my oil pressure at idle is about 14 pounds and driving it is around 25 and thats about where it stays until i stop then it goes down to around 14
