davison township has the size limit of the house so im sure were ur at its gonna be the same lilred that area sucks for buildin anything in lived there my whole life and my dad was a builder there and they had the stupidist rules and laws fro buildin

not true they can make you tear it down!  Like i said still can be done just need to go infront of the building board and get a variance.   I built a 40x60x16 in the middle of grand blanc for a customer.

I'll do it the "legal"  way, it's getting pushed a couple months away now anyways, found a different investment lol.

my inspector was nice  he didnt really cared much what i build   he just came n look and gave me the "ok" slip

yeah... i already have one structure thats cemented into the ground.... I should probably put chickens in it before they come out otherwise it appears to be a shed.
