factory remote start?  they all have the wiring for it now.  Look at your keyfob its the button with the cirular arrow, if you have that button, you have remote start.

mu buddys did it and it was the tranny sensor was bad..hed could be driving down the road and the starter would start grinding..and it was the park nuetral sensor

I've had rodent damage in the fuse block under the hood cause that before on me at the dealer.
