I need to know if I can take an input shaft from a ford and use it in a dodge.  I know they have different spines for yokes. But that doesn't matter. Just need to know if I can use it.

I'd be getting the bearing retainer, ball bearing, input shaft, and yoke from a ford

Then putting that in a dodge tcase
Thanks.

Also, are all internals interchangeable?

Yes 205 Internals are interchangeable, I have a 1984 chevy 205 with 1969 ford f250 highboy 205 parts in it. Front output shaft, bearings, shifter rails.... They are all the same damn thing internally, just output is on a different side, and spline wise.
if you can still see the color, you ain't muddin'
the joy of proving people wrong when they say you cant, will never get old
